We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@skynpatch.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 1 business day
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging (if possible)
- Ship the product back to us using the provided return label
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be in their original condition (unopened preferred, but not required)
- Include all original packaging and materials when possible
We understand you may need to open the product to try it. Opened products are eligible for return as long as they meet our other conditions.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Return Shipping Costs
- Our Error: If we sent the wrong item or the product is defective, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Change of Mind: If you're returning for any other reason, you're responsible for return shipping costs
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@skynpatch.com with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days of us confirming your return:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post)
- Contact your bank (processing times vary)
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@skynpatch.com
